We value your interest in Sew Sleek Extensions products. We strive to provide the best customer service to our consumers. Here you can find helpful information regarding your purchase. 

PROCESSING TIME

Current processing time for orders is 5 business days. Processing can take up to 7 business days during holidays, and sale events.


SHIPPING

To ensure fraud protection we require that the address for shipping and billing match. 

We use UPS and FedEx mailing services for all domestic orders. A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment. Domestic packages should be received within 2-4 business days after you’ve received confirmation that your order has been shipped. Domestic expedited shipping is available at an extra cost. Your expedited package should be received within 2 business days after receiving your shipment confirmation. Due to the cost of your valuable purchase an adult's signature is required for package release.

We use DHL shipping services for international orders. International orders should be received within 3-10 business days after your order has been shipped. Due to cost of your purchase an adult's signature is required for package release. SEW SLEEK EXTENSIONS DOES NOT COVER CUSTOM & DUTY FEES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OR DELAYS.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

Currently we do not offer refunds, all sales are final. Once an order is placed we do not allow cancellations.

Exchanges are only granted if the wrong order was received. For exchanges the product must be in its original state and packaging. We will not accept cut clasp, hair, weft, or lace. We will accept exchanges post dated up to 10 business days after the item was delivered.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours. For faster communication you can reach us via text at 1(973) 544-8023 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST. Monday- Friday.

Once your email for exchange is received we will email a return shipping label. Please include your invoice with the returned package. 

Once your returned item is received, you will receive your correct order within 5 business days. You will receive an email with shipment tracking information. All shipping fees are waived when shipping your correct order.
